RED WINE:
Riverland Merlot Cabernet: A great warm-climate red wine blend. Light red in colour, it has mild but ripe aromas, and a soft fruity palate.
Griffith 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon: Dark red in colour, with a hint of molasses and plenty of fruit on the nose. It has matured to a dry, firm and mouthfilling wine with a tannic finish.
Hunter Valley 2009 Shiraz: Very dark red in colour. Mild oaky aromas are followed by concentrated berry fruit and soft tannins. A savoury style with a good balance of fruit and texture.

WHITE WINE:
Riverland 2009 Semillon Sauvignon Blanc: This delightful white blend is pale straw in colour with floral and fruity aromas, and a delicious blend of soft fruit and slight dryness on the finish.
South Australian 2009 Chardonnay: Well-aged, with good fresh fruit flavours on a softish palate, and lingering hints of sweet peach on the clean finish.
Margaret River 2010 Sauvignon Blanc: This Sav Blanc has a little Semillon blended to add character and depth of flavour. It has delightful fresh ripe fruity aromas and flavours and a zesty crisp dry finish.
