This superb Cabernet Merlot blend is deep red in colour with a purple tinge. It opens witharomas of blackberry, violets and herbaceous hints.The palate blends typical Coonawarra Cabernet, with flavours of blackcurrant, plum and blackberry, complemented by the lush texture of soft Merlot, with hints of violet, plum and chocolate. A well-structured wine, with a soft smooth lingering finish and firm tannins. Drink now, or cellar for 2-8 years.
