Our white sparkling Brut is made from100% Chardonnay, grown in McLaren Vale, South Australia. This sparkling wine has vibrant fruit flavours on the palate, balanced by crisp dryness on the finish. It is made from a blend of fruit from the 2009 and 2010 vintages, hence the term NV (non-vintage).

(This sparkling wine has the new innovative SPK closure, which has fewer problems than cork of flat wine, no risk of cork taint, is safe and easy to open, is easy to reseal, has a low carbon footprint, and is fully recyclable...
