Cleanskin Sparkling Wine and Champagne
We sell a range of quality sparkling wines methode champagnoise/champagne and sparkling shiraz. There is some confusion about the difference between sparkling white wine, bubbly, methode champagnoise and champagne. These are all the style of wine commonly known as 'champagne' but cannot be labelled as such due to a World Trade Organisation ruling that only wine grown in Champagne, France can be labelled champagne. At least its still the same wine!

Bubbly - Brut NV

Tasting Notes:
Very pale straw in colour, the lifted 'strawberry and cream' and biscuit characters of Pinot Noir contribute to the richness of the palate. This is counter-balanced by the citrus Chardonnay fruit structure and fine acidity of the wine.
Bottle fermentation and ageing on yeast lees gives this wine complexity and produces doughy and nutty flavours. It shows a freshness with a fine bead and creaminess on the palate.

This rich sparkling red is from south-eastern Australia: the grapes were sourced and fermented to ensure maximum colour, flavour and aroma. Soft tannins and subtle vanilla oak hints complement the rich fruity palate.
Perfect served chilled with tapas or appetisers, spicy Asian food or sweet desserts, or just enjoy a glass on its own!

The grapes for this wine were sourced from the rich, warm climates of South Australia and the cooler climate of northeast Victoria. This blending of regions allows each component to contribute its unique characteristics to the final blend to produce complexity, balance and structure.

Tasting Notes: This South Australian Sparkling Shiraz displays varietial full fruit characters. It has rich deep colour and juicy, fruity aromas. Pleasant blackberry juice flavours with a hint of Shiraz spiciness combine on the mildly sweet palate. Serve well chilled. Excellent with spicy meat dishes and winter desserts.
