Quick Overview

A delightful Chardonnay, made in Willbriggie in the warm-climate Riverina region. Parcels of carefully selected superb Chardonnay fruit were harvested during the cold hours of the night, to ensure that the fermentation process started only when the grapes reached the winery. The wine was barrel-fermented to create abundant fresh fruit flavours and moderate oak characters.
