Wines made from Pinot Gris often have a slight coppery or rosy hue, due to the blue-grey colour of the grape skins. Our new Pinot Gris has a very slight touch of pink colour, and vibrant fresh aromas. This is an unwooded style of crisp dry white wine, with a mouthfilling dry acidic finish.

Pinot Gris is an excellent wine to pair with food, as it has good palate weight, but has subtle varietal characters that complement, rather than overwhelm, the flavours of a dish. The perfect partner for shellfish and fish, grilled chicken, and salads.
